Barbara's Room
Currently, Barbara’s Room is not being rented to overnight guests.
Intricate hand-painted artwork from the 1800 to 1840 time period was discovered on the walls of this bedroom.
Witness history being revealed in this
room.
The artwork is being studied and the patterns are being documented. For the past two years Steve Mellinger,
an artist from Parkesburg, PA, has been assisting in the study and documentation of this artwork. We now have a partial
interpretation developed to aid this study.
